marie o’neill
What year were you ordained? 2013
What inspired you to pursue training with OneSpirit? I wanted to hold space for people to experience the totality of life in profound ways.
What services do you provide? 1:1 psychotherapy, supervision, spiritual accompaniment, women’s wellness courses, workshops & ceremonies.
What motivated you to expand your ministry by becoming a Supervisor? I love holding space for those who hold space, sharing my insights and supporting those who share in the work.
How can clients get in touch with you? Through my website: spaceforthesoul.co.uk.
What do you consider the most rewarding aspect of being an ordained interfaith minister? Being able to serve people in unique and profound ways, tailoring services that suit individuals and groups, being a vehicle for grace in the world.
What do you consider the most rewarding aspect of being an accredited supervisor? Being able to support others on the journey.
How do you put your personal ministry into practice? I try to practice karma yoga, seeing every situation as a means to serve the divine in some way.
Why do you believe supervision plays an essential role in developing and deepening minister’s practices? We all need a safe space to reflect on ourselves and our work. Being honoured and supported helps us to go deeper and bring more of ourselves into our work.
