Another world is possible.
A world where we support each other to become aware of and take responsibility for our pain; where we can make room for our difficult feelings within ourselves and learn to meet each other directly, seeing beyond our own patterns and prejudices and taking responsibility for how we express ourselves in the world.
I offer Supervision and Spiritual Accompaniment based on deep listening, a belief that we are all whole, and a commitment to looking beyond the surface to really see what is happening.
I specialise in offering supervision to ministers, complementary therapists, group facilitators, and spiritual care practitioners of all kinds.  I bring a particular interest in and focus on exploring and challenging racism in myself and in the world, and welcome this within the supervision space.
I offer a safe and confidential space to explore the issues raised for you by your work, from finding new perspectives with clients you find challenging to managing your energy levels in stressful times, to supporting you in processing the emotional impact this kind of work can have and finding ways forward in your career.
I bring a spiritual perspective, working with the essence of what draws you to your work and what sustains you in it.
Supervision is a place where you can share your fears and worries about your work, where it is safe to express doubts, mistakes and misgivings, where nothing is unspeakable and where you will not be judged. I undertake to meet you always with acceptance, kindness and clarity.
I hold myself accountable through the ethical framework of OneSpirit, through my personal spiritual practice of Qigong, and to my community through ongoing anti-racism work and on-the-ground sacred activism.
